Diverse Learning Environments
Infants
In our two year old classroom, we work on family relationships and helping children develop a sense of safety and security. Our teachers have 20+ years of classroom experience. They ensure that each child gets the comfort and attention that he/she deserves. Our staff works with families to help build a trusting relationship between the child and their family. Many life skills are taught and routines are reinforced to help the child to communicate. We use a creative curriculum to focus on routines and experiences for our students.
Toddlers
In our 3 yrs old classroom, our goal is to develop their minds and enrich language abilities from baby signs / single word responses to socializing and simple, logical sentences. We use outdoor and large-motor play, healthy eating habits, and other proven learning opportunities to for students to gain insight into the world around them. Students are encouraged to use meaningful investigation of their world in this room.
Preschool
We engage in meaningful extended conversations and discussions with peers and adults. We help children develop self-control, help others through problems, learn and implement problem solving skills, gain confidence in overcoming obstacles, coping skills to face setbacks, and develop a positive self identity.
